 <p>I suffer from horrible Irritable Bowel Syndrome -<span class="caps">IBS</span>. For years I tried to find the right balance of foods to aleviate constipation and was never successful. A colleague had a <span class="caps">GNU</span> fiber bar at a hotel one day and told me about it. I’ve been eating these bars for almost fiver years and have been regular ever since. Even during pregnancy I didn’t have any problems as long as I had my bar. I started out with one a day and moved up to two a day and now all I need is one in the morning. I love the taste, my favorite is cinnamon raisin and the new lemon Ginger. I highly recommend these bars to anyone suffering from <span class="caps">IBS</span>. It has the right balance of soluble and insoluble fiber. </p>
